SALON POLICIES

We require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 100% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete.

For complimentary consultations, we require the same 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. A no-show or late cancellation for a consultation will incur a fee of $50, which will be charged to the card on file. This ensures our time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

If arriving more than 15 minutes late we will do everything we can to accommodate your appointment. Appointments later than 15 minutes may be subject to be rescheduled upon stylist discretion.

WEDDING + SPECIAL OCCASION

Wedding and Special occasion appointments require 50% deposit at time of booking & must be paid in full two weeks prior to the appointment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit or debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities must be cash, check or Venmo directly to the service provider. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.

REDO

If you are unhappy with a service we will gladly perform the service again with the service provider that you saw for the initial service. A redo must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of original service.

CORRECTIVE COLOR

Twiggs Salon will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products and/or colors done at other salons, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon when dealing with a corrective color situation. Upon receiving services client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.

RETURNS

Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit for future product purchases. No cash back for product returns. Product must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash or its equivalent.

Upon receiving services client agrees to all terms, conditions & salon policies.
