We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. If three appointments are canceled without 24-hour notice, a credit card may be required to reserve appointments in the future.
If arriving more than 15 minutes late we will do everything we can to accommodate your appointment. Appointments later than 15 minutes may be subject to be rescheduled upon stylist discretion
Forms of Payment
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER credit or debit cards and CASH. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Gratuities must be cash or check written directly to the service provider. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
If you are unhappy with a service we will gladly perform the service again with the service provider that you saw for the initial service. A redo must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of original service.
Twiggs Salon will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products and/or colors done at other salons, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon when dealing with a corrective color situation. Upon receiving services client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit for future product purchases. No cash back for product returns. Product must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash or its equivalent.
Upon receiving services client agrees to all terms, conditions & salon policies.
