We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. If three appointments are canceled without 24-hour notice, a credit card may be required to reserve appointments in the future.
Forms of Payment
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER credit or debit cards and CASH. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Gratuities must be cash or check written directly to the service provider. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
If you are unhappy with a service we will gladly perform the service again with the service provider that you saw for the initial service. A redo must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of original service.
Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit for future product purchases. No cash back for product returns. Product must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
