CANCELLATION POLICY

We respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice on individual services and a 7 day cancellation on any packages or wedding parties. If three appointments have been canceled or missed without 48 hour notice prepayment will be required via credit card before your next appointment. Packages with three or more services and wedding parties require a deposit.

CHECK-IN

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes in advance to check in, change and relax. If you will be late for your appointment please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled.

CELL PHONES

We want you and all of our guests to completely relax during your visit to Twiggs. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. To maintain the tranquility of the salonspa we ask that all guests speak softly-just above an intimate whisper.

CLOTHING ATTIRE - SPA

Comfortable clothing is also recommended. Please remove all jewelry prior to your treatment. Our skillful technicians will respect your privacy. Discrete draping adorns your body throughout treatments, providing each guest with warmth and honoring your personal space.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are appreciated although not expected. If you would like to leave a gratuity, you may do so with cash, check or credit card as you check out. An 18% service charge will be added for parties of 4 or more.
